  • When does the Board of Directors meet?
    The Covengton Square Board of Directors meets the last Wednesday of every month via Zoom. If you are interested in speaking with the Board at one of the meetings, reach out via email (covengtonsquare@gmail.com), and the Board will send you a Zoom link and a time to join.
  • What does the Board of Directors do?
    The Covengton Square COA Board of Directors is made up of five elected volunteer officials who are responsible for all operations of the Association. This includes maintaining common areas, managing budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforcing/complying with governing documents.
  • How many people serve on the Board of Directors?

  • Do Board members get paid or get reduced dues?
    No. Homeowners who serve on the Board of Directors are volunteers who are nominated and elected to the Board. Board members do not receive compensation of any kind for being on the Board.

    If you have questions about your dues balance, paying your dues, etc., you should call the management company, CAS, Inc. at 910-295-3791.
  • How much are the COA dues for Covengton Square?
    Dues for Covengton Square are $225 per month (effective January 2024).
  • What do COA dues cover?
    Your dues consist of two categories: (1) Operating and (2) Reserve funds. Everyday costs are cared for and covered in your monthly dues as part of the operating budget. Every unit in the complex shares in the cost of maintaining the common areas and services. The reserve portion of your dues fund a Reserve account that is maintained for unanticipated major expenses. The Board does anticipate and plan for major expenditures, but sometimes there are unplanned events (e.g., emergencies, unanticipated repairs).   • How do I pay my COA dues?
    You can pay your dues in the following ways: 1. To pay your dues by mail, send payments to the address below. This address is for payment only. Covengton Square Condominiums Owners’ Association c/o CAS, Inc. Processing Center PO Box 94707 Las Vegas, Nevada 89193 2. You can also pay your monthly dues online via www.casnc.com/pay-dues/ You will have the option of making a one-time payment or setting up recurring electronic payments. To pay online, you will need the information below and will need to contact the management company for your personal 10-digit property account number if you do not already have it. Management Company ID# 937 Association ID# is 567 Ten-digit property account number (Contact CAS, Inc. for your personal #)
  • Who should I contact about paying my dues?

  • When is trash and recycling pick up?
    According to the city of Greenville, our rotation day for trash and recycling is Tuesday of each week. Please make sure to put your trash inside the dumpster. Also, it helps save space if you break down your boxes before placing them in the recycle bin.   • The trash/recycling wasn't picked up. Who should I contact?
    The City of Greenville is responsible for trash collection. You can contact the Public Works department at 252.329.4522 or download the Greenville City Compass app to report missed pick up.   • There is a bulky item (e.g., furniture) that needs to be picked up. Who should I contact?
    The City of Greenville is responsible will collect bulky items placed by the dumpsters. You can contact the Public Works department at 252.329.4522 or download the Greenville City Compass app to request bulky item pick up.   • Pest Control
    Othos Pest Control takes care of quarterly outside treatments and does inside treatments as needed. Contact Othos directly for an interior spray of your unit (252-227-4005).
  • Landscaping
    H&H Lawncare and Landscaping is contracted to take care of landscaping needs at Covengton Square. Their services include: lawn maintenance, bed maintenance, pruning, seasonal color, etc. If you have questions about landscaping, please contact the Board (covengtonsquare@gmail.com) or community manager, Rhegan Lambert (rhegan@casnc.com).
  • Pool Maintenance
    Sara Whitehurst, a certified pool operator, maintains the Covengton Square Pool throughout the year. For questions about pool maintenance, contact the Board (covengtonsquare@gmail.com) or community manager, Rhegan Lambert (rhegan@casnc.com).
  • Clubhouse Cleaning
    Folks Cleaning Service, LLC., cleans the Covengton Square clubhouse every 2 weeks throughout the year and after the clubhouse has been rented. For questions about clubhouse cleaning, contact the Board (covengtonsquare@gmail.com) or community manager, Rhegan Lambert (rhegan@casnc.com).
  • Quarterly Inspections
    Since CAS, Inc. is manages Covengton Square remotely, they are not on site to conduct our quarterly inspections. The Board has contracted with The Meeks Group, Inc., and Michell Meeks, a general licensed contractor, to conduct quarterly inspections and report back to the Board regarding issues that need attention.
