Covengton Square COA Board of Directors

The Covengton Square COA Board of Directors is made up of five elected volunteer officials who are responsible for all operations of the Association. This includes maintaining common areas, managing budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforcing/complying with governing documents. The four officers and one member at-large serve 2-year terms elected every other year. The Board meets the last Wednesday of every month via Zoom. Steve Lindsey (2023-2025)

President

Our president, Steve, leads the Board of Directors. He presides over meetings and makes sure all members of the board have the opportunity to give their opinions.

Tristyn Daughtry (2024-2026)

Vice President

The office of our vice president is mainly to support the president. The VP, Tristyn, stands in for the president in meetings the president is unable to attend or duties he/she is unable to fulfill.

Cheryl Godwin (2023-2024)

Treasurer

Cheryl, our treasurer, works closely with the management company for accounting services and financial reports. The treasurer helps prepare the annual budget and yearly income and expenditure report.

Amelia Davis (2024-2026)

Secretary

As secretary, Amelia, prepares meeting agendas and records all business of the Board and the Association. The secretary is our communicator and keeps homeowners up-to-date on happenings and general Association information.

David Wright (2024-2026)

Member At-Large

David is valuable as an at-large member and former Treasurer of the Board. At-large members provide support to the Directors so their duties and responsibilities vary depending on the Association's current needs.
