Covengton Square COA Board of Directors
The Covengton Square COA Board of Directors is made up of five elected volunteer officials who are responsible for all operations of the Association. This includes maintaining common areas, managing budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforcing/complying with governing documents. The four officers and one member at-large serve 2-year terms elected every other year. The Board meets the last Wednesday of every month via Zoom. Deborah Moye (2025-2026)
President
Our president, Deborah, leads the Board of Directors. She presides over meetings and makes sure all members of the board have the opportunity to give their opinions.
Theresa Locascio (2025-2027)
Vice President
The office of our vice president is mainly to support the president. The VP, Theresa, stands in for the president in meetings the president is unable to attend or duties he/she is unable to fulfill.
Gary Clark (2025-2027)
Secretary
As secretary, Gary, prepares meeting agendas and records all business of the Association.
Ryan Boyd (2025-2027)
Treasurer
As treasurer, Ryan, approves invoices and works closely with the management company for accounting services and financial reports.
Kay Rasch (2024-2026)
Member at Large
Kay is a valuable member of the Board as a member at large. At-large members provide support to the Directors so their duties and responsibilities vary depending on the Association's current needs.
